We’ve created two capability reference models that retail energy providers can use to:

  1. Assess the health of current capabilities and identify failing technologies or broken processes that should be addressed
  2. Determine which current capabilities could be reused to help launch new business lines or products, as well as identify any gaps that need to be filled
