She joined the Ensemble in 2013 as a principal and has provided outstanding strategic leadership for many of our clients during the last 2 years. Prior to that, Erika worked for nearly a decade at Accenture and owned her own consulting practice.

Erika’s expertise in organizational change management has allowed Thought Ensemble to expand our service offerings and project portfolio. She brought a number of new client accounts to Thought Ensemble and has been an active participant in growing our Denver office and developing our nationwide team. Erika’s innovative solutions to the tough technology problems she has worked for our clients have been exceptional. Her expertise in leading clients’ transformational change within their organizations has expanded our capabilities as an Ensemble. It is a well-deserved promotion and we are happy to welcome her as a Partner to our management team. Erika is an outstanding asset to Thought Ensemble and we congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion.

In her role as Partner, Erika will continue to lead delivery efforts for Thought Ensemble’s clients and play a key role in expanding our thought leadership and service offerings related to organizational change management. Erika will increase her focus on growing Thought Ensemble’s client base and developing/expanding our nationwide team.
