THOUGHTFUL BIO
Growing up, I was always around a large group of friends, especially considering the amount of time I dedicated to team sports over the years (mainly baseball!), so making new friends and building relationships that last has always been a large part of my life and something that I deeply value. This value translates directly into my professional life as well, which is why I have always wanted to be in a field of work in which relationship building was a large part, and transformation consulting achieves that ambition perfectly.
My eagerness to grow within the consulting industry is driven by my interest in helping clients take on their various unique business challenges while building strong and trusted relationships. I feel that helping clients adapt to new scenarios, interpret complex business issues, and finally execute on the right solution are much more difficult undertakings if a good relationship isn’t developed first, which is why I feel it is important to develop my relationships every day.
At Thought Ensemble, I am fascinated with our diverse team and various skill sets — everyone brings something unique to the table. I love being a part of a team that not only energizes one another daily, but also values the “Better Together” mentality. At Thought Ensemble it truly feels like a family and it shows in the work we do with our clients.
