TRADITIONAL BIO

Bora is a strategic, systems-level thinker, and partnership cultivator, who manages relationships at all levels to influence positive change. Born in Albania, she immigrated with her family to the United States in 1996 and later graduated with a B.A. in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and an MBA focused on Finance and Strategy from SMU’s Cox School of Business, which is where her love for relationship building and learning how to grow and develop companies began.

Prior to joining Thought Ensemble, Bora was the Assistant Director of the SMU Tower Center for Public Policy and Internal Affairs where she led strategic programming and managed various stakeholders to optimize and strengthen the Center’s communications in DFW and abroad. Before that, she was a digital advertising analyst for M/C/C where she integrated her passion for analytics and technology services to work with global clients to optimize their ad campaigns and set their quarterly budgets.

Bora is actively involved in the Dallas community where she sits on multiple boards, such as the Alumni of SMU, the DEC, New Friends New Life, the Dallas Business Club, and the Cryon Club at Scottish Rite Hospital. Bora was named a 20 under 40 honoree in Park Cities in 2022 and was part of the Communities Foundation of Texas’s Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy and Leadership ISD.

In her free time, Bora enjoys traveling, Pilates, baking, and trying new restaurants in DFW with friends and family.
