THOUGHTFUL BIO

My passion for business began at the age of sixteen. After dedicating my childhood to competitive figure skating, I decided to make the transition to coaching, and, in just a few short weeks, I had built a book of business! These students, and their parents, were my first clients, and guiding them through their journey in the sport was nothing short of thrilling. Every decision I made following that — where to go to college, what to study, and how to maximize my earning potential — seemed to fall into place.

In 2010, with two college diplomas and a bagful of internships completed, I turned my figure skates in for my first job at Oklahoma’s largest advertising agency — a six-year journey that ultimately brought me to Dallas, Texas.

In 2016, I took an incredible leap of faith and co-founded a Dallas-based consulting startup — the most formative experience of my life! — which ultimately opened my mind up to new industries and endless growth opportunities, and in 2017, the management consulting industry came knocking!

In each of these environments — agency, startup, firm — my objective has been to grow the business in new ways by pushing boundaries and finding harmony between creative thinking and strategic planning.

I have built new revenue streams, helped startups sell to large enterprises, productize service offerings, and develop differentiated go-to-market offerings. Most importantly, I have developed long-lasting friendships with clients by offering transparency, out-of-the-box thinking, and tireless delivery.
