Our services: build your own

We wanted to just say “We help organizations improve their performance through technology” but our marketing people said that was too vague. Apparently, most people want to buy something that comes in a neat box; but the problems most organizations face with technology don’t come in nice boxes, wrapped up and ready for a standardized solution.

We believe in the “Build Your Own” approach to strategy. When we work with clients, we invest significant time up front to understand the strategic problems we’re working on before we even begin talking about a project.  We don’t believe in cookie cutter approaches or their resulting cookie cutter answers.

However, we also recognize that there are risks associated with building a custom approach to each problem we face. How do you ensure you are focused on the right problem? How do you learn and leverage from previous experiences? How do you employ a good method and framework to produce the best results in a short period of time?

Our approaches share a common theme: they make the problem easier to see and they draw out solutions that were previously hidden. We’ve created four main services from which we pick and choose components to create a strategic starting point.  Our clients rarely pick just one service, but instead build their own solution from components of each.
